Production Machine Operator

About the role
Operates and monitors production line equipment — mixers, extruders, fillers and sealers — following the approved process parameters and output targets for the shift. Performs start-up checks, in-process quality sampling, changeovers and basic first-line maintenance.

Records production output, downtime and material consumption on the shift log and escalates deviations to the Production Supervisor. Maintains 5S and GMP housekeeping standards in the assigned area.

The plant runs a rotating three-shift schedule that includes night shift, weekends and holidays as required by the production plan.
Qualifications
At least a vocational or senior high school (Technical-Vocational Livelihood track) graduate. A TESDA NC II in Food Processing, Manufacturing or Mechanical Servicing is an advantage.

One (1) year of experience operating production machinery in a food, feeds or manufacturing plant is preferred; willing applicants without experience will be trained on the line.

Must be physically fit, able to stand for extended periods, able to lift up to 25 kg, and willing to be assigned to the plant on a rotating shift.
Required skills
Machine start-up and shutdown procedures, process parameter monitoring, in-process sampling, changeover and cleaning, downtime reporting, 5S and GMP practice, shift-log documentation.
