About the role
Performs in-process and finished-goods inspection against the approved product specifications: sampling, physical and sensory checks, weight and seal integrity verification, and basic laboratory tests.
Documents inspection results, tags and holds non-conforming material, and issues deviation reports to Production. Supports internal audits, calibration monitoring of measuring instruments, and retention-sample management.

Qualifications
Graduate of BS Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, Agriculture or a related science course.
At least one (1) year of quality assurance or laboratory experience in a food, feeds or beverage plant is preferred. Familiarity with GMP, HACCP and basic statistical sampling is an advantage.
Must be willing to work on a shift schedule at the plant site.

Required skills
Sampling and inspection procedures, sensory and physical testing, non-conformance documentation, GMP and HACCP awareness, instrument calibration monitoring, meticulous record keeping, MS Excel.
