Maintenance Engineer

Plans and executes the preventive and corrective maintenance programme for plant utilities and production equipment — boilers, air compressors, chillers, conveyors, packaging machines and electrical distribution.

Prepares the annual preventive maintenance calendar, works with Purchasing on spare-parts requirements, supervises technicians and accredited contractors, and leads root-cause analysis on repeat breakdowns.

Maintains equipment history records and supports capital projects from specification through commissioning.

Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer (PRC). A Registered Master Electrician will also be considered for the electrical track.

At least three (3) years of maintenance engineering experience in a manufacturing or processing plant. Working knowledge of preventive maintenance planning, TPM concepts, and the Philippine Electrical Code or ASME requirements as applicable.

Must be willing to be on call for breakdowns and to be based at the plant site.

Preventive maintenance planning, equipment troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, spare-parts and vendor management, AutoCAD reading, TPM and reliability basics, permit-to-work and lock-out tag-out discipline.
